Hey, I’m Hailey! With over 12 years of experience in the canine industry, my journey began during high school, I have always loved animals and knew I wanted to work closely with them. That lead me to my first job as an animal caretaker, then manager, veterinary assistant, general manager, and finally professional groomer. My husband and I share our lives with two beloved dogs: Benelli, a German Shepherd, and Ruger, an Australian Shepherd. In 2023, we expanded our family and welcomed our baby boy into the world. Outside of grooming, some of my hobbies include boating, reading, camping, and traveling. My lifelong passion for animals has always guided my career path, and in 2021, I transitioned to grooming full time. In August 2025, I fulfilled a long-held ambition by launching Paws n’ Paradise, a business dedicated to providing exceptional care and services for dogs. Establishing my own dog-centered business has been a dream since starting down this path in high school. I am so proud to see it come to life.
